Short summary
The article presents an analysis of linear features identifiable in the digital elevation model of the ground surface in the Polish Carpathians. We regard these linear features as reflections of geological structures, e.g. faults. Linear features create a network, which was analysed using topology statistics. This allows us to interpret how complicated the network is in different parts of the Polish Carpathians and to understand how very deep fault systems affect the morphology of the mountains.
